Projet/project:  Travaux de réfection -toiture et boiseries.
                              New roof and trim work.

Une veille toiture et les boiseries et soffit fatigués ont été renouvelés en entier et une ouverture entre le toit débordant et le bâtiment a été fermée.  Et enfin, une membrane d'étanchéité recouvre la surface du toit.  Les touches final - éclairage et les pancartes publicitaires des locataires.

An older roof, soffit and wood work were entirely replaced.  A gap between the roof overhang and the building was closed and a waterproof roof membrane was installed.  The final touches - lighting and signage for the tenants.

Raising a roof.
This project was completed in 9 days.
(Quelques travaux d'intérieur inclus/some interior work was also completed in this time).

Avant/before. Comme nous pouvons voir, il n'existe que tres

peu d'espace pour l'isolant entre les bardeaux et l'intérieur.

Halle d'entrée - le céramique en milliers de morceaux. Entry hall tile in thousands of pieces.

Après - Halle d'entrée et couloir en céramique, 18" x 18". After - Entry hall and corridor in 18" x 18" ceramic tile.

Avant - Couloir au 2ieme, salle à diner à droit. Before, 2nd level hall with dining area to the right.

Après - couloir et salle à diner. Planchers en bois franc, moulures, ogees, peinture (nouvelle ouverture). After - corridor, dining room with new opening to hallway, hardwood floors, moldings and paint.

Avant - salon - sobre, avec tapis sale. Before - living room - dark and with dirty carpeting.

Après - salon avec plancher en bois franc, ogees, une couleur de peinture plus clair. After - living room with hardwood flooring, crown moldings, lighter paint color.

Recouvrement de toit en bardeaux d'asphalte. New asphalt shingle roof. Notice the finish detail where the roofs meet in the valley. Flashing is there, but not seen.

Escalier dangereux à rebatir. Dangerous/steep stairway to rebuild.

Nouveaux escaliers tournant. New turning staircase.
